Finally, there’s also a CitySafes branch in Bergisch Gladbach. We already knew the company from Cologne. With competent and straightforward advice, we easily got a safe deposit box in the right size. The location conveys a sense of security, making it a place where you’re happy to leave the things you don’t want lying around unsecured at home.

Faster than shopping at the supermarket. I made an appointment, showed my ID and bank card, chose a safe deposit box, signed and within 15 minutes everything was done. The gentleman was very nice and friendly, and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Of course, I haven’t yet experienced how it works when I need to access the rented safe deposit box, but so far everything has been perfect. Unlike with most banks, you don’t need to open a checking account in order to rent a box. And on top of that, the price is better than at a local bank.

My bank canceled my safe deposit box and I urgently needed a new one. I received good advice here and quickly got a new box, and it was even cheaper than my old one.
