We wanted to rent a safe deposit box in Cologne or the surrounding area and came across Citysafes by chance on the Internet. We got an appointment by phone at short notice. Located in the centre of Cologne, easy to reach. We were welcomed by a really great, extremely friendly member of staff at the company, who explained everything in detail. Above all, the security precautions are very impressive. We were able to rent a locker immediately for a small price. We are very happy that this was possible without a great deal of bureaucratic effort. We can highly recommend Citysafes to anyone interested.

After my regular bank cancelled my safe deposit box, I started looking for alternatives and came across CitySafes. Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward. At first, I was a bit skeptical about storing my valuables somewhere other than a bank, but during my visit, the security measures gave me a reassuring feeling that everything is well protected. The branch is also located right in the heart of Cologne, making it easily accessible. I'm satisfied.
