Do you currently rent a safe deposit box from Danske Bank? As mentioned in the e-boks notification from Danske Bank, CitySafes is taking over the safe deposit boxes at Nørreport (Nørre Voldgade 68), Glostrup (Hovedvejen 109) and Lyngby (Lyngby Hovedgade 25).
This transition means that you will have the opportunity to continue renting your current locker. At CitySafes, we ensure that everything remains unchanged for you and prioritize your comfort throughout this transition.
We are pleased to inform you that if you choose to continue renting your locker at CitySafes, the rental price will remain unchanged for the first year. After the first year, you will have the flexibility to either extend or change your current contract.
If you are an Østerbro customer, you need to wait until October 7, 2024 or call us to schedule an appointment.
Transferring to CitySafes.
You have the option to complete the process online or schedule an appointment with us for personalized assistance:
Easily sign online
- Sign the contract digitally via MitID. This is the quickest and easiest way to transfer your contract.
Sign at your branch
- Visit your branch in person to sign the contract with the assistance of our staff.
Contract via post.
You can receive a paper contract. If you prefer a physical copy, you can request the contract to be sent to you by post. Call us at 89 877 900 or email info.dk@citysafes.com. Once you receive the contract, please sign it and return it using the prepaid envelope provided.
