Our safe deposit boxes offer the highest level of security. Each location is structurally reinforced, making ram raids impossible. With 24/7 live camera surveillance and real-time monitoring in the control room, every branch is under constant supervision. Additionally, a trained staff member is always present, and we utilize high-end security technologies.

Our locations are housed in former bank buildings, equipped with vault walls nearly a meter thick, made of steel and secured with advanced locking technology. Outside opening hours, these doors remain locked and alarmed. Vibration sensors instantly detect any movement on the vault walls from the outside. Furthermore, these sites are reinforced with modern security measures, including:

  • 24/7 live camera surveillance
  • Fog generator
  • Strobe light
  • Water detection
  • Direct connection to the control room

Your safe deposit box, accessible only to you.

You are the only person in possession of the two original keys to your safe deposit box. These keys are designed to be non-duplicable, and we do not keep copies.

Accessing your safe deposit box requires a two-step security procedure, both of which are essential. First, we unlock the outer mechanism with our master key, after which you open the safe with your personal key. This ensures your safe deposit box remains optimally secured at all times.

All employees are screened.

Our employees are specialists in the locker sector, aligned with our overarching focus on safe deposit box rentals. Upon hiring, our staff undergoes rigorous screening and comprehensive training concerning our security protocols. Verification of their impeccable conduct includes:

  • A police clearance certificate with a clean record.
  • An assessment of creditworthiness and credit standing with flawless Schufa information.
  • Additional background checks to ensure the highest standards of reliability.

Personal identification at every visit.

At every visit, we verify your identification to ensure that only you, or an authorized person, can access the vault area. Additionally, you must always bring your key to open your safe deposit box.
