Are you a victim of fraud or theft or suspect that you are a victim? Report it immediately via info@citysafes.dk. We will ensure that you receive the best possible assistance.

When is fraud involved?

• You sent documents and/or data that contained sensitive information.
• You responded to a phishing message.
• You clicked on a link in a phishing message.
• Someone tried to retrieve your safe deposit box information (by phone, text message, email or a fake website).

Do you suspect something is wrong?

Do you have doubts about the authenticity of a phone call or email? Always contact us immediately. Did you receive an email or phone call asking you to send certain documents or data? CitySafes never does this without a direct reason. When in doubt, always email to info.dk@citysafes.com.

Useful tips to prevent fraud

Scan your computer or laptop for viruses if you think your computer is infected.
Check the sender. Is the spelling correct in the e-mail address?
