Cancel safe deposit box

To cancel your safety deposit box, please fill in the form below with your details. We can only process your cancellation if all information is correct and complete.

Important information:

• The cancellation period is at least one month before your rental contract expires.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation.
• We will then contact you to arrange a time to return your keys and possibly empty your safety deposit box.

If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at info.dk@citysafes.com.
Important: Always hand in your keys in person – never send them by post.

Once we have received your keys, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within one month. If you wish to rent a safe deposit box again in the future, you should be aware that we cannot reserve safe deposit boxes and you might not be able to get the same size as you had before.
