Cancel safe

You must terminate your safe deposit box rental agreement in writing. To do so, you can use the form below:

• Complete this form with your details known to us. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your notice. The notice period is at least one month before the end of your tenancy agreement. You are responsible for sending your notice in time. After receiving your details, you will receive a response from us within 3 working days. We will contact you to make an appointment to take back your keys. If you do not receive a confirmation from us, please contact us at opzeggen.be@citysafes.com
• Note: always hand in your keys in person, never send them by post!

After we receive your keys, the remaining deposit will be refunded to your bank account within a month. If you wish to rent a safe again in the future, it is important to know that a waiting list may be used due to limited capacity.
